Our range of hydraulic hand pumps covers a wide variety of configurations and design options, meeting every market requirement. Whether for a primary actuation system, an auxiliary system or an emergency circuit, we can provide the exact solution for your application.
Maximum design and functional flexibility
- Pumping cycle and actuation: we supply single-acting and double-acting systems, designed to efficiently operate both single-acting (or ram-type) cylinders and double-acting cylinders, while optimizing lever effort according to the required operating pressures.
- Reservoir integration: The range includes both pumps designed for external installation on hydraulic systems (without reservoir) and complete units with integrated reservoirs, available in different materials (steel, aluminium) and with a range of reservoir capacities.
Configurations, accessories and special elastomer compounds
Each pump body can be configured and customized to operate under the most demanding environmental conditions and with the most challenging hydraulic fluids:
- Special seals and elastomer compounds: in addition to standard compounds, we offer configurations fitted with seals for high-performance applications and extreme temperatures (Viton®, Fluorosilicone, etc.), ensuring full compatibility with special or environmentally friendly hydraulic fluids.
- Mounting brackets and levers: configurations available for standard operating levers, shaped levers or specific mounting brackets (e.g. for round levers or control panels).
- Integrated valves: adjustable pressure relief valves and check valves can be integrated directly into the pump body.
